In a nutshell, what is it?

An international Visa Classic* credit card that allows secure online and in-store purchases and cash withdrawals from ATMs worldwide. All with a free refund period for your expenses and purchase protection insurance (including online).

Pay everywhere and in complete security

With the Hello credit card, you have a minimum monthly spending of EUR 250 and up to EUR 5,000, subject to approval of your application. Once a month, the amount of expenditure is automatically debited from your Hello or Hello4You Payment Account.

Pay easily around the world, even outside Europe, and at a lower cost than with your debit card when you pay in foreign currencies (list of fees).

With or without card, with or without contact

The Hello credit card is of course equipped with contactless technology that allows you to pay for purchases without entering your PIN every time you spend (you will be asked to pay after a maximum of 2 x 50 euros). consecutively settled). Deposits and car rental

You don't need to block some of the money you have in your payment account when making your bookings: your credit card covers the deposit for a rental car, hotel, etc. You keep your budget fully available. Also remember that with your Visa Classic credit card, you benefit from numerous discounts** with the car rental company Avis.

2019 Visa credit card
  • In-store purchases – Get compensation of up to 3,000 euros per claim for accidental damage or theft of your purchase, paid for with your credit card. Coverage for 120 days from date of purchase or delivery. Main risks not covered: simple loss or disappearance of the insured item.
  • Online purchases – Get compensation of up to 1,000 euros per claim for non-delivery, non-compliant or faulty delivery of online purchases paid for with your credit card. Coverage for 90 days after purchase. Main risks not covered: non-delivery of the insured item in the event of a strike by the post office or delivery service;
AG Insurance's Classic Card Insurance group insurance policy, which is governed by Belgian law, is automatic and free of charge. The policy ends in the event that the insured credit card is not renewed, is cancelled, or if the collective insurance contract is terminated, regardless of the reason. Once your membership is terminated, coverage also ends, including for goods you have already paid for with the card.
