What is Wero?

How do I activate Wero?

Wero, which is available free of charge with your payment account, will be automatically integrated into your Hello bank! app, without you having to do anything.

How do I pay with Wero?

To pay with Wero, you simply scan a QR code generated by someone or make a transfer to a beneficiary who uses Wero.

  1. Log in to your Hello bank! app.
  2. Click on "Transfers".
  3. Choose "Transfer".
  4. Select the beneficiary using the Wero icon next to their name and follow the on-screen instructions.

 

 

How can I receive money with Wero?

To receive money, simply generate a QR code and have someone scan it. Select "Receive money" from your login screen or start a transfer from your home screen and select "Receive money". But first you’ll need to connect to Wero.

  1. Log in to your Hello bank! app.
  2. Press "Offer".
  3. Go to "Payment services" and select "Wero".
  4. Authorise the Easy Banking App to access your contacts.
  5. Indicate if you wish to receive a notification when a payment is received.

 

 

Wero mobile payment is included in the free all-inclusive payment account by Hello bank!:

  • A Bancontact - Visa Debit card per (co-)holder, for secure chip and pin and contactless payments, worldwide and even online.
  • The Hello bank! app to manage your finances yourself, anytime anywhere.
