7. Applicable law and components courts

• The competent judge for the locality in which was or were contracted commitments or the commitment that is subject of the dispute, or for which they have been, are or need to be performed;

If any provision of these terms and conditions are deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unchanged, and the inapplicable provision(s) will be replaced by an applicable provision, the spirit of which will be as close to the disposition that was deemed inapplicable. This convention shall form an integral part of each of the other contracts that you made or have enter into with the bank, with one of its affiliated companies or companies of the group to which the bank belongs.

The bank has the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions with immediate effect and without prior notice.

9. Third party liability

Any illegal or prohibited use of the website, such as causing damage to software programs used or to the data made available, either through viruses, destruction and/or data manipulation gives rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

The fact that the bank does not invoke on or continue the execution, even temporarily of any of its rights or other rights arising from these terms and conditions and/or related to the use of the website, shall not be construed to mean or have for effect that the bank has abandoned or waived any right or action.
