How do I activate Payconiq by Bancontact?

Download Payconiq by Bancontact, create an account and choose your PIN code for your payment confirmations.
Link your debit card(s) and payment accounts.
Confirm by clicking on the link received by e-mail.

How do I pay with Payconiq by Bancontact?

Online: on the payment page, click on the Bancontact or Payconiq logo.
In shops: scan the QR code at the checkout, on the payment terminal, or pay via the list of pre-registered merchants.
Among friends: to pay, scan the QR code or click on "Contacts" in the app; to be paid, click on "Receive".

Repay a friend directly via the app's contact list.
Pay for your purchases in a shop by searching for the shopkeeper in the list of shops in the app.
Share the bill with your friends, even after you’ve left the restaurant. Split the amount in the app and send them a payment request via text, WhatsApp or e-mail.
